ESTHER E. DOYLE

MAYS LICK   Esther E. Doyle, 77, of May’s Lick passed away Sunday March 18, 2018 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Manchester, OH on June 6. 1940 daughter of the late Rev. Arthur & Viola Thompson Scott.  Esther was a retired Government Housing employee and a 1958 graduate of the Manchester High School and a RSVP volunteer. 

            Survivors include her husband Jerry Wayne Doyle.  Three sons, Kevin (Katrina) Spires of Georgetown, OH, Jeffrey (Kim) Spires of Hendersonville, NC, Arnold “Tye” (Lynne) Spires of Cincinnati, OH; six grandchildren, Rene (Kevin) Cutshaw, J.J .(Kristen) Spires, Amber (David) Ache,  Bradley (Courtney) Spires , Kasey Spires and Brandi (Dennis) Vitolo;  four step grandchildren, Aaron, Sarah, Wally and Stephanie; a sister, Naomi (Bob)  Skeels of Colorado Springs, CO and one brother, Darrell (Betty) Scott of Manchester, OH. She also leaves behind five step children from a previous marriage, Wesley, Francis, Emma Reinhardt, Cheryl Vance. and David Spires; five step children of Jerry Wayne Doyle, Tony, Shane, Bethany, Dustin and Denver Doyle. Several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents , a great grand- daughter Josie Rhoades and a brother David Scott.

            Services will be conducted at 1P.M. Friday at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May’s Lick with Rev. Chris Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Manchester Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 11 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday.   In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Mason County Diabetic Support Group C/O Kim Mahaffey, 4192 AA Hwy, Maysville,  KY  41056
