EWING Brenda May Fulton, 58, of Ewing passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her residence. Brenda was born in Flemingsburg on March 14, 1960 daughter of the late Roy Glen & Emily Frances Davis Fulton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Lee Fulton.
Brenda graduated from Fleming County High School in 1978. She later went to Maysville Vocational school and became a licensed nurse in 1997 and retired when her health wouldn't allow her to work any longer. She dedicated her life to caring for other people. She was a wonderful mother to her two sons, but also had a part in raising most of her nieces and nephews. She was very artistic and spent her free time making jewelry, painting, crocheting, and various other crafts. Brenda also enjoyed shopping, trips to Cave Run Lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Steven Daniel (Angela Nelson) Fulton & Robert Wayne (Terry Rowe) Fulton, both of Lexington, her siblings, Joyce (Frank Miller, Jr.) Fulton of Ewing, Glen (Cindy) Fulton of Hogansville, GA, Nanci (James) Hickerson, Timothy (Melinda) Fulton and Ray Fulton, all of Flemingsburg, special nieces Regina (Kevin Cooper) Williams, Kim (Bill) Moore and Denise Tubbs as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be conducted at 1pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (6184 Ewing Road, Ewing, KY 41039). Visitation will be held from 11am – 1pm on Saturday at the Church, followed by a short service at 1pm. The Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory of May’s Lick is serving the family.
