Richard Bradford, 74, of Brooksville passed away peacefully on December 27, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. Richard was born in Mason County on February 24, 1945 son of the late Cecil Woodrow & Cora Geneva Morgan Bradford. He was a retired Supervisor with Clopay Corporation after 42 years of service and served in the Army Reserves. His interests were golfing, bowling, fishing, playing pool, and his yearly Florida vacation trips with his large family.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years Janet Tolle Bradford. 3 sons, Richie (Kim) Bradford, Travis (Amy) Bradford, Rodney (Emiley) Bradford; 4 brothers, Cecil (Delcina) Bradford, Johnny (Cindi) Bradford, Elmer (Donna) Bradford, and Billy Bradford; 5 sisters, Carolyn Mace, Bonnie (Gary) Reed, Wanda (Leonard) Gilkerson, Betty (Allen) Mullikin, Pam (Timmy) Reese; 6 grandchildren, Regina (Billy Joe) Mitchell, Dustin Bradford, Delaney Bradford, Cora Bradford, Abbey Bradford and Ethan Bradford. 1 great-grand child Eli Mitchell; He was preceded in death by a special uncle LaRue Bradford.
Services will be conducted at 3 P.M. on Tuesday December 31, 2019 at May’s Lick Lighthouse Church with Pastor Danny Howard officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 1- 3 P.M. Tuesday at the church. In Lieu of flowers memorials suggested to May’s Lick Lighthouse Church or Hospice of Hope. Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory of May’s Lick is serving the family.
