MAYSVILLE Annelle Collins Weber, 87, of East Fourth St. Maysville, died on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was the widow of George Weber whose death occurred on April 16, 1992 . She was a retired employee of the Mason County Health Department as a clerk/typist for 25 years.
Mrs. Weber was born in Mason County on February 16, 1924 daughter of the late Henry S. and Mae Manion Collins. She was a graduate of May's Lick High School and attended St. Catherine College and was a member of St. Patrick Church where she was active in the church and school. She was a volunteer for Hospice and RSVP.
Survivors include 6 children, Phyllis (Joe) Schuler of Maysville; Mary Carol Weber of Nederland, CO; Phil (Deborah) Weber and Joe (Marge) Weber of Maysville ; Tony (Lynda) Weber of Philadelphia, PA and Mark (Karla) Weber of Erlanger, KY. 12 grandchildren, Brian (Judy) Schuler, Greg Schuler, Leigh Schuler, Christine Weber, Chelsie Weber, Josh (Meagan) Weber, Chris Weber, Craig Weber, Max Weber, Ali Weber, Natalie Weber and Nicholas Weber. 3 great grand-children, Jaydon Schuler, Mason Weber and Madison Weber. 3 brothers, Jack (Phoebe) Collins of May's Lick, KY, Gene (Pat) Collins of Shelbyville, KY and Paul (Pat) Collins of Florence, KY. She was preceded in death by a sister Eddie (Charles) Gallenstein and brothers, Henry "Red" (Betty) Collins and J.T. Collins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 A.M. Saturday, June 4, 2011 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Maysville. Interment will follow in the St. Patrick Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Margaret Ann Maddox, Betty Berry, Gloria Germann, Margaret Sears, Karen Heller, Kitty Branam, Jim Potts, Jim Tierney, Sonny Brammer, Jim Joe Gallenstein and Gerald Curtis. Active Pallbearers will be Brian Schuler, Greg Schuler, Josh Weber, Chris Weber, Craig Weber, Max Weber and Nicholas Weber. Visitation 5-8 P.M. Friday at St. Patrick Church.
