Bernard "Russell" Howell, 80, of Maysville passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.  Russell was born on May 8, 1942, in Mason County son of the late William & Elsie Irene Purcell Howell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Louis, Doug & Raymond Howell, and his sister, Jessie Goddard.

He is survived by his brother, Calvin Howell of Maysville.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11am on Friday, September 30, 2022, at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory with Dr. Danny Howard officiating.  Interment will be in the May's Lick Cemetery.  Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory of May's Lick is serving the family.  Online Condolences to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
