Betty Jane Mullikin, 91, of Maysville passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  She had been a resident at Maysville Nursing & Rehab.  Betty was born in Sardis on June 30, 1931 daughter of the late William L & Pauline Bryant Carpenter.  She was retired from Boone Real Estate as an Executive Secretary and was a member of the Felicity Christian Church and attended Maysville Refinery Church of the Nazarene.  She and her late husband lived in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee but her heart was in this area. She was an outstanding cook and shared her talents with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bronson Mullikin; a son Dewey Mullikin; a brother William D. Carpenter; a sister in-law Phyllis Carpenter; and in laws Billy & Wanda Ross.

Survivors include a sister Wanda (Leon) Howard of Bethel, OH; daughter in-law Barbara Mullikin of TN; brother- in- law Paul (Arleen) of Okeechobee, FL; three grandchildren, Sean Mullikin, Aaron (Heather) Mullikin and Amber (Scott) Howell; four great grandchildren, Grady Cash, Ayden Mullikin, Lily Howell, Sophia Howell; nieces, Beth Skinner, Karen Myers, Barbara Boone, Meri Beth Ross; nephews, Kevin Carpenter, Tony Howard, Jeff Howard, Samuel Mullikin, Benjamin Mullikin and Keith Ross.

Services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Maysville Refinery Church of the Nazarene 156 Maple Leaf Road Maysville with Pastor Lonnie Blosser officiating.  Visitation will be from 10 A.M. Saturday at church.
