Betty Miller, 74, of May's Lick died on Sunday May 18, 2014 at Fleming County Hospital.  She was a homemaker who loved to take care of her family and worked on the farm for many years.
Betty was born in Mason County on December 26, 1939 daughter of the late Joe and Irene Beckett Dugan.  She was a member of the May's Lick Baptist Church.
Survivors include six children, Kathy (Jamie) Beamon and Diane Beamon both of Morehead,  Paula (John) Alcorn of Maysville, Jimmy (Myrtle) Miller,  Ricky (Mary) Miller and Michael (Melinda) Miller all of May's Lick.  Fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren also survive and seven brothers Joe Jr. (Liz) Dugan, Calvin (Eve) Dugan, Jim (Jennie) Dugan, John (Carol) Dugan, Allen (Jenni) Dugan, Bobby (Cheryl) Dugan, Mitchell (Linda) Dugan and two sisters Anne Shields and Nancy Prince.  Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Steve Miller and Timothy Miller and a son-in-law Larry Beamon.
Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at May's Lick Baptist Church with Bro. Kevin Cornett officiating.  Burial will follow in the May's Lick Cemetery.  Visitation 6-8 P.M.
