MINERVA, Beverly Ann Collins, 78, of Minerva passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe.  She was born in Bracken County on September 5, 1938 to the late William & Alma Claypoole Gilligan.  She is survived by her husband, Harry O. Collins, her children; Robert (Donna) Collins of Shelbyville, Michael (Marsha) Collins of Tollesboro, Teresa Smith of Lexington and Martin (Shelia) Collins of Augusta, her grandchildren; Joseph M. Collins, Nicholas A. ( Samantha) Collins & John W. Collins, her great grandchildren; Austin, Andrew, Daelyna & Benjamin Collins, and her sister, Rosemary Hedges of Elizabethtown.
