Beverly Ellen Strader Whitener, 57 of Tollesboro passed away unexpectedly on November 17, 2019 at her home.  Beverly was born on February 16, 1962 in Goldsboro, North Carolina to David Strader, Sr. & Beverly Tharp Tibbs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Whitener.

In addition to her parents Beverly is survived by her son, Douglas Lee Baker of Colorado, brothers, David E. (Joan) Strader of Florence, Texas & Robert (Heidi) Ragar of Dayton, Ohio, a sister, Brittina (David) Clark also of Dayton. and five grandchildren.
