Cheri Lynn Ensor Dugan, 65, of Maysville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital in Forestville, Ohio.

Born in Maysville, Kentucky on July 17, 1960, her father was the late Dr. Jack Ensor and her mother was the late Lois Hill Ensor.

Cheri worked as a licensed medical massage therapist, a job she was highly capable and specially gifted. Cheri had a strong love for Jesus and her fellow man. She was an avid UK Basketball fan, and loved all animals. Cheri was a loving sister, aunt, great aunt, wife, and friend. She was a member of Victory Christian Center in Maysville.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Dugan, her dog daughter Hope; and two of her siblings, Dr. Cindy Ensor Thoroughman and Jack Ensor II.

In addition to her mother Lois and her father Dr. Jack, Cheri was preceded in death by her sister, Christy Ensor Brimmer.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 8, 2026 and Tuesday June 9, 2026 11 AM to 12p.m., at Victory Christian Center located at 719 US 62 in Maysville, Kentucky.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 12 p.m., at Victory Christian Center with Pastor Byron Mills officiating.
