Clarence Mills, Jr., 78, of Germantown passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  He was born on November 21, 1943, in Knox County Kentucky son of the late Clarence Mills & Esyslene Grubb.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jim Mills.

Mr. Mills is survived by his wife, Donna S. Mills, his sons Mike (Betty) Mills and Duane (Vanessa) Mills, 4 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.

Services for Mr. Mills will be held privately.
