DAVID A. "SNOOTER" BURNS, 48, of Louisville passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in Louisville.  He was an 18 year employee of Dairy Queen in Louisville and had never missed a day's work.  He was a native of Maysville and was a 1980 graduate of Maysville High School.  He was a member of the Church of the Rock.  Survivors include his mother Norma Burns Ramsey of May's Lick and 12 brothers and 4 sister and numerous other relatives and friends.  Services will be conducted Monday, February 21, 2010 at Second Baptist Church in May's Lick with Rev. Rodney Bennett officiating.  Interment will follow in the May's Lick Cemetery.  Visitation 11 A.M. Monday at the church.  Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick is serving the family.
