MAY'S LICK   Davine Jackson, 54, of Maysville, passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 28, 2011 at Fleming County Hospital.  She was a Para Educator in the Bracken County School System and a former employee of the Mason County School System.  She was a member of Second Baptist Church in May's Lick.
Mrs. Jackson was born in Dayton, OH on May 21, 1956 daughter of the late David Black & Barbara Warner Thompson.
Survivors include her husband, Donald "Donnie" Jackson.  3 children, Sharonne Jackson of Maysville.   2 sons, Donald (Miranda) Jackson, Jr. of Maysville and Travis Taylor of Flemingsburg.  1 grandson, Preston Alan Jackson.  3 sisters, Demetrius (Randall) Stroud of OH;  Jo Ella (James) Pinckney of NC,; Sandy (Calvin) Wallace of TX.  2 brothers, Marvin (Rose) Warner of May's Lick and Louis (Pat) Thompson of OH.  Surrogate parents, William A. & Doris A. Taylor, Sr. of Dayton, OH and surrogate brothers, Bill (Sheila) Taylor of GA and Rodney (Rhonda) Taylor of OH.  A host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Friday, April 1, 2011 at Second Baptist Church in May's Lick with Rev. L. Rodney Bennett and Rev. Randy Taylor officiating.  Interment will follow in the May's Lick Cemetery.  Visitation 6-9 P.M.
