Edward Bertha, 93, formerly of Maysville passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  He had been a resident of the Golden Living  Center in Vanceburg.  Mr. Bertha was born in Mason County on May 9, 1917 son of the late Amos Bertha and Julia Grandison Johnson.  He is survived by nieces & nephews and cousins.  Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Friday, December 10, 2010 at Lee's Chapel United Methodist Church in Lewisburg.  Visitation Noon until 1 P.M. Friday at the church.  Interment will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Washington.  Palmer Funeral Home of May's Lick is serving the family.
