MAYS LICK  Elizabeth White Mitchell, 85, of Mt. Olivet passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Mitchell was born Robertson County on April 7, 1932 daughter of the late Elza Grant & Fannie Goddard White.  She was a dedicated farmers wife who loved gardening and farming and was of Christian Faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Bonnie M. Mitchell of Maysville and Shirley (Bob) Bauer of Cold Spring; two sons, Tommy (Carole) Mitchell and Jackie D. Mitchell both of Mt. Olivet; a granddaughter, Samantha Mitchell and two great-grand daughters, Lexi and Lori .

She was preceded in  death by her husband Robert Thomas Mitchell on June 16, 2007 and two brothers William "Bill" White and Ray White.

Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick with Pastor Danny Howard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery with Donnie Myers, Roger White, Gary Tuel, Jon Doyle, Larry Courtney and Tim Mitchell serving as pallbearers.  A visitation will be held from 5-8 P.M.
