Ernest "Ernie" Ross, 62, of Highland Heights, KY passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Ernie was born in Campbell County on January 1, 1962, son of Thomas A. Ross of Highland Heights, and the late Mary Ann Ross. Big Ern was a retired truck driver, who enjoyed going to the races, hanging with his friends, and seeing concerts of only the best artists, including his all-time favorite, Bob Seger.

Other than his father, he is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Luis) Ross; his grandson, Jacob (Bailey) Ross; and his brother, Greg (Lynda) Ross. He was preceded in death by his mother and son, Jesse Ross.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 3, 2024, from 1-4 P.M. at Cooper Funeral Home 10759 Alexandria Pike. Alexandria, KY. Services conducted at 2 P.M. on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory 5043 Main St. May's Lick, KY with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
