Evelyn Throckmorton Dugan, 94, of Old Washington passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 26,2022 surrounded by her family.  Mrs. Dugan was born in Maysville on September 4,1928 daughter of the late Ellsworth & Hazel Chandler Throckmorton.  She was a retired employee of the Mason County School System and attended Washington Central Church.  She enjoyed being a homemaker and cooking, and was an avid fan of the Walton's on Television and an amateur historian.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Chester Dugan in 2006; three brothers, Gordon Throckmorton, Charles Throckmorton and Kenneth Throckmorton.

Survivors include a son Richard D. "Rick" Dugan and several nieces & nephews and cousins.

Services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Monday October 31,2022 at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May's Lick with Rev. Mike Canada officiating.  Private Burial will be held in the Washington Baptist Cemetery.  Visitation will be from Noon till 2 P.M.
