Fannie Irene Himes, 82, of Cynthiana, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Edgemont Manor Healthcare in Cynthiana.  Fannie was born in Lewis County on April 21, 1942, the daughter of Lottie Hobbs.  She was a homemaker and the widow of James O. Himes whose death occurred on November 23, 2021.

Survivors include two sons, Kenny (Kimberly) Himes of Florence and Everett Eugene Himes of Cynthiana.  A sister Virgie also survives.
