James E. "Jimmy" Fritz, 90, of May's Lick passed away Wednesday, August 13. 2014 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe.  He was a retired farmer and former employee of Soil Conservation.
Mr. Fritz was born in Mason County on February 10, 1924 son of the late Earl & Nellie Ryan Fritz.  He was a US Navy Veteran serving in WW II and a member of St. Patrick Church. Survivors include a brother Allen Fritz of Melbourne, Florida;  and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Roy Fritz; and a sister Lillian Schmidt.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, August 16, 2014 at St Patrick Cemetery with Rev. Michael Comer officiating.  Military rites will be conducted by Simon Kenton Post #2734.  Burial will follow.  Palmer Funeral Home of May's Lick is serving the family.  Condolences to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
