James W. Riggs, 56 , of Dover passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at his home.  He was born in Goshen, IN on October 10, 1959 son of the late Elzia & Juanita Gilbert Riggs.  Jimmy was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as an electrician and was an avid Coon Hunter & outdoorsman.
Survivors include a son David W. Riggs and a daughter, Lisa R. Riggs both of Goshen, IN; 3 grandchildren, Avery R. Hoover, Kaitlyn A. Hoover and Oliva J. Boston;  3 sisters, Bonnie (Bob) Bradford of Dover, Judy Ruark of Aberdeen, OH, Ruth Martin of Goshen, OH; 2 brothers, Ron Riggs and Rick Riggs both of Maysville.  He was preceded in death by a brother, David Riggs and a sister Mary Simons.
