Jay B. Blankenship, 75, of May's Lick passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility. Jay was born on April 6, 1945 in Pomeroyton, Kentucky the son of the late Harm J. & Eva Christine Helton Blankenship. He was a retired horse trainer.

Survivors include three children, Tammy McCall, Timmy Blankenship and Steven Blankenship; four sisters, Betty Stitt, Phylis Barton, Pauline Sexton and Judy Nobel; a brother, Roger D. Blankenship; a sister-in-law Linda Blankenship.  He was preceded in death by his parents: a brother, Paul Blankenship; and a sister Wanda Handy.
