MAYSVILLE   Jean L. Charles, 90, of Maysville passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

Mrs. Charles was born in Clarkson, Kentucky on August 5, 1928 daughter of the late Earl & Edna Fryear Layman.  She was a homemaker that enjoyed needlework and playing bridge.  She was the widow of George Fred Charles.

Survivors include a daughter Carol Marnell of Maysville and a son Ron Charles of Richardson, TX and a granddaughter, Sarah Marnell of Belfast, Ireland.

Memorial services will be held at First Christian Church in Ashland, Kentucky at 12 Noon on Saturday November 3, 2018.  Memorials suggested to Circle H.
