Jerry Michael Storie ,64, of Ewing passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at his home. Jerry was born on February 3, 1955 in Stearns, Kentucky to the late McCoy & Irene Wright Storie. He had many titles in life and fulfilled each role with the utmost pride. He was known to his working community as Jerry.  To his many karate students over the years he was Sensei . To the family and close friend's he was Mike. To his children he was dad or daddy and most importantly he was papaw to his grandkids, those born to him as well as the many kids whose lives he touched through his grandkids' love of soccer. He was affectionately known as "dad" by the local bingo crowd and "pap" by a few close friends. To know him was to respect him because that's who he was. He is survived by his wife of 45 years and love of his life Paulette Davis Storie. three children Michael (Leslie) Storie, Virginia (Eric) Burberry and Tabetha (Wesley) Hicks. 9 grandkids, Dallas, Kelsey, Haley, DJ, Hunter, Peyton, Brady Irenea, and Leeland and an adopted grandchild Mallory. Jerry had two brothers David (Mrytle) Storie, Roger (Tina) Storie and Phyllis (Ed) Grundy. Multiple nieces, and nephews and several very close friends.
