Joan Darlene Cordell, 66, of Burlington, KY passed away peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2018.  Joan was born in Oneida, Kentucky on May 14, 1952 daughter of the late John & Thelma Barger Cordell.

She was a retired receptionist for Perfetti Van Melle.  Survivors include three children, Danny Taylor of Melbourne, KY, Christina Babb of Bellevue, KY and Scott Taylor of Independence, KY; six grandchildren, Brittany Coomer, Roger Babb, Tyler Babb, Zachary Taylor, Justin Babb and Madison Taylor;  four great-grandchildren, Damien and Dante Coomer, Xander and Brinley Babb, Damien Coomer;  a brother, Allen Cordell; four sisters, Debbie Ely, Theresa Cordell, Gina Cordell and Ginger Cordell .
