Joseph Jackson, 74, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Lexington, KY at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.  He was born in Fleming County, KY on May 21, 1950, to the late Marshall and Mildred Brown Jackson.

Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers, Marshall Jackson Jr., George Jackson; two sisters, Anna L. Cayson, Mary F. Fontenot and his daughter's mother, Betty Brooks.

Survivors include his two daughters, Shavon (Christopher Wood) Khadiri and Daylanka (Dwight) Adams; sisters, Betty McClain, Peggy Overly, Linda Webb, Carolyn Dunn, Mildred Dunn; four grandchildren, Kamar Collins, Khyaire Thompson, Avery Adams and Azaria Adams, and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Services will be held at the convenience of his family.
