Joshua M. "Josh" Wells, 39, of Germantown, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 along with his loving wife, Latasha in Mason County.  He was born in Nicholas County on July 27, 1985 son of Larry Dean Wells Sr. and Mary Ellen Johnson Wells of Germantown.  He was a loving husband and father.  Josh had a heart of gold for all his family and friends.  He was an avid fisherman and loved the water.  He was a graduate of Mason County High School and attended Pleasant Ridge Community Church.

Survivors include his parents, a daughter, Anne Elizabeth Rice; a sister Hope (Timmy) Tully; two brothers, Kevin (Megan Moore) Wells, Larry Wells, Jr. and several nieces & nephews.  He was preceded by his loving wife, Latasha Estep Wells.

Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Friday, November  22, 2024 at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May's Lick with Pastor Andrew Cooper officiating.  Burial at the convenience of the family will be in the Shannon Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. at the funeral home on Friday.  Condolences or a fond memory of Joshua Wells may be made to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
