Juanita F. Simmons, 87, of Maysville, KY passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 23, 1938, in Mason County, to the late Robert and Anna Mae Parker Tucker.

Juanita loved playing bingo and working jigsaw puzzles, but what she cherished most was every moment she shared with Charlie, the love of her life.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Simmons, her brother, Dr. Gene Prather and her sister, Roberta Adams.

Survivors include her adored son, Greg Simmons of Cincinnati, grandchildren, Shelby Tate Simmons, Jonathan T. Simmons, Charles T. Simmons, several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Maple Grove Cemetery, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
