Junior Lee Boone, 56, of Ripley, Ohio passed away at his home, surrounded by family on Saturday, August 23, 2025. He was born on February 4, 1969, in Maysville, Kentucky to the late Paris Junior Boone and Hattie Louise Conley.

Junior worked in various maintenance and custodial positions along with working on a farm. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. Junior was an accomplished gardener, skilled in growing vegetables and impressive flowers. His presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Junior is preceded in death by his parents, Paris Junior, and Hattie Louise Boone and two sisters, Jennifer Wallingford and Susie Ashcraft.

Survivors include his children, Michaela (Jeffery) Halsey, Curtis Allen Boone, stepdaughter, Jesshia Mattox; sisters, Judy Wachter, Jeanie Mussinan; grandchildren, Freya Halsey, Lindsey Marshall, Haisley Fadder; his best, four-legged friend, Peanut, and a host of extended family and friends.

In keeping with Junior's wishes, no formal services will be held. Palmer Funeral Home assisted and served the Boone Family.
