Kathryn McNeill Muse, 69, of Lexington passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville.  She was a retired Field Auditor for the Kentucky State Revenue Cabinet.
Mrs. Muse was born in Cincinnati on January 17, 1945 daughter of the late John W. "Jack" and Margaret Clarke McNeill.  Kathryn was a graduate of Maysville High School and the University of Kentucky and was an avid gardener and baker and a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband of 13 years Gary Muse; a daughter,  Barbara (Paul) Johansson of Hjarup, Sweden; a son Rick ( Kathi Conser) Buckley of Longmont, Colorado.  Also eight grandchildren, Katelyn & Ben Buckley, Kathryn, Eva and Nicholas Johansson, Jesse, Jack & Alli Conser; a brother William "Bill" (Sallie) McNeill and a sister Mary (Bob) Muse both of Maysville.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John W. McNeill III.
