Larry Reed, 77, of May's Lick passed away on Sunday, September 4,2022 at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.  Larry was born in Steubenville, OH on September 24,1944 son of the late Charles Raymond & Marjorie Louise Godwin Reed.  He was a retired steel worker and truck driver and a U.S. Army veteran.  He enjoyed hunting and antique car shows.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Karen Peterson Reed; a daughter, Renee (Brian) Powell of Maysville; a brother David (Linda) Reed of May's Lick.

Services will be conducted at 12 Noon on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick with Pastor Jim Dougans officiating with Military rites following the service.  Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Weirton, West Virginia.  Visitation will be from 11 A.M. till Noon on Friday at the funeral home.
