MAYSVILLE Lenora Jean Berry, 75, of Maysville passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Maysville Nursing & Rehab Facility. She was a member of Washington Missionary Baptist Church and a retired employee of Emerson Power Transmission.
Mrs. Berry was born in Mason County on October 28, 1936 daughter of the late Martha Taylor Bush Cooper and Elijah Bush Sr.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James E. Berry Sr. Five daughters, Jo Ann (Frank) Burns, Jacqueline (Fred) Bundick, Sharon (Larry) Burns, Bobby Campbell , Lisa (Chris) Simpson. One son James E. (Penney) Berry Jr. 8 grandchildren, Larry Burns Jr., Adam Burns, Jonathan Bundick, Michelle Bundick, Sierrah Campbell, Kierra Gibbs, Alex Campbell and Annelise Simpson. 1 great grandchild, Izaia Burns and a sister Mattie Wilson. Several nieces nephews and cousins and a sister-in-law Mrs. Elijah Bush Jr. also survive. She was preceded in death by a sister Ella Slater and a brother Elijah Bush Jr.; stepmother Lillian Bush and step father Burnette Cooper and 2 grandchildren, Lauren and Brandon Campbell.
Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Washington Missionary Baptist Church on Clark St. in Maysville with Pastor Darrell Ashby officiating.
