Linda Carol Hord, 79, of Maysville, KY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born in Robertson County on July 14, 1945, to the late Otis and Bessie Sloan Collins.

Linda was a hard worker who loved her family fiercely, especially her grandchildren.  Her unwavering compassion and attentiveness to others made her one of the greatest caregivers around.  Linda worked as a nursing assistant and personal caregiver for many years.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding her in death are her daughter, Karen Masiniai; sisters, Dolores Henson and Sue Cooper; brothers, Robert Collins, Richard Collins, and David Collins.

Left here to carry on her loving legacy are her children, James (Rebecca) Spencer, Allen Spencer, Kim (Phillip) Waldren; grandchildren, Martin Spencer, Eugene Cooley, Jessica Cooley, Kami Waldren, Katie Waldren, Cody Spencer, Nicole Gordon, Jeffrey Williams; great grandchildren, Kaionii Gordon, Koa Gordon, Amaria McCoy, and several other extended family and dear friends.

In keeping with Linda's wishes, no formal services will be held at this time.
