James L.  "Lonnie" Adams, 60, of the Minerva Community passed away Friday, March 4, 2011 at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center in Lexington.  He was born In Falmouth, KY on February 21, 1951 son of  Verna Marshall Adams and the late Hume Adams.  Lonnie was a 32 year employee of Black River in Butler, KY, an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing.  He was an active member of the Minerva United Methodist Church, his calm and joyous personality and love for life will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

In addition to his mother he leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Pam Adams, three daughters; Holly Adams of Lawrenceburg, IN, Heather Adams of Butler, KY and Loni Jo Kiskaden (Tracy) of Foster, KY, 2 Stepdaughters; Kimberly leeds of Maysville, KY and Robin Tuel (Jerry) of Florence, KY, four grandchildren; Evan and Elizabeth Adams, and Jonathan and Ava Kiskaden, and three sisters; Toni Tomlin (Jimmy) of Falmouth, KY, Karen Crozier (Harry) of Berry, KY, and Tamera Moore (Mark) of Falmouth, KY.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, March 7, at the Minerva United Methodist Church with Rev. April Gray officiating.  Memorial visitation will be observed from 10-11 AM, Monday, at the church.  Palmer Funeral Home of May's Lick is serving the family.
