Marty Jefferson, 61, of Maysville passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at his home. Marty was born in Maysville on June 20, 1959 son of the late Lyndsey Thomas Jefferson and Betty Henson Jefferson.  He grew up in the Sardis area near his maternal grandfather Alton Henson and was a U.S. Army veteran and a carpenter and farmer.  Marty was a Nascar fan and collected Zippo lighters.

Survivors include his wife Donna Kay Davenport Jefferson; a daughter Amanda (Bret) Smith and a son Robby Jefferson both of Dover; a brother Stacy Jefferson and two sisters Kristy Vaughn and Susan McKee. Six grandchildren; two step- children, Tonya Evans of Peebles, OH and Christian Hughes of Covington.
