Michael Elliott, Jr. 38,  of Maysville died Saturday in Florence.  Michael was born in Maysville on February 28, 1977 son of Vickie Powell Simmons of Maysville and the late Michael Elliott.  He was a tree trimmer.
He was preceded in death by a son Andrew Daniel Elliott and grandparents, Junior Cletus Powell and Patsy Powell Wilson and Angie & Malcom Elliott; step grandfather Larry Wilson.
Survivors other than his mother are a son Brandon Elliott and a daughter Ashley Elliott both of Colon, Michigan;  step father, Chuck Simmons and 2 brothers Jeffrey Scott, Matthew Allen and a sister Amy Carol Vice all of Maysville.  3 step-brothers Charles Eugene Simmons, Chad Aaron Simmons and Steven D. Simmons all of Maysville also survive.
Services will be 1 P.M. Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick with Bro. Greg Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery with a visitation 11 A.M.
