Phillip Stephen Manning, 74, of Maysville passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2019 at his residence.

Phillip was born in Maysville on April 14, 1945 son of the late C. Stephen & Ruth Fentress Phillips Manning.  He was a well-known Floral & Interior Designer whose work located him in various cities including Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City and Cincinnati.  He was active locally in the Limestone Chorale, Maysville Players and the Maysville Genealogical Society.  He attended Trinity United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Fentress Manning.

Services will be conducted at Noon on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. James Fant officiating.  Burial will follow in the Maysville Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11 A.M. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church.  Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory of May's Lick is serving the family.  Condolences to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
