MAY'S LICK  Richard Thomas Sutton, 71, of Helena, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in the emergency room at Meadowview Regional Medical Center.  He was a farmer and part time Evangelist and a member of the Stonelick Baptist Church. His wife of 51 years, Lillie Florence Sutton passed away on December 4th.
Mr. Sutton was born in Bath County on September 15, 1940 son of the late William & Rosa Mae Smoot Sutton.
Surviving are 4 children,  Rita Sutton (Bruce) Hamlin of Germantown ; Rick (Beverly) Sutton of May's Lick; Darrell (Mellanie) Sutton and Chasity Sutton (Kurt) Creech of Maysville.  8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  3 sisters, Jeanette Willoughby and Wilma Stigall of Mt. Sterling and Shirley McVey of Maysville.  1 brother, Ernest Sutton of Mt. Sterling. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother.
Services will be 1 P.M. on Saturday, Dec. 17th at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick by Rev. Harry Brooks and Rev. Bill Wagoner.  Burial to follow in the Wedonia Cemetery.  Visitation 5-8 P.M.
