Roger Dale Blankenship, 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at St. Claire Hospital in Morehead, Kentucky. He was born in Pomeryton, Kentucky on June 14, 1950, to the late Harm Jay and Eva Christine (Helton) Blankenship.

Roger worked for years as a farm laborer, enjoyed yard sales, valued family time, and was devoted to his family and friends.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Harm and Eva Blankenship and his brother Jay Blankenship.

Survivors include his children, Robin Blankenship, Shane Blankenship, Dolly McMurray, and Chad Blankenship; sisters, Betty Jo Stitt, Judy Kay Nobel, Phyliss June Barton, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of extended family and friends.

In keeping with Roger's wishes, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
