Rose Yvonne Marshall, 63, entered into eternal peace on June 13, 2017, at The Care Center at Kenton Pointe in Maysville, Kentucky.

Rose was born in Maysville, Kentucky on March 24, 1954 to the late Geneva Mae Bolden Jackson and Robert Preston Jackson.

Rose was a long time member of the Second Baptist Church in Mayslick, Kentucky where she served as a missionary, choir member and an usher.  Rose was a faithful employee for a number of years at Pioneer Trace Nursing Home in Flemingsburg.

Rose was proceeded in death by her brother, Donald Jackson, sisters, Beverly Ann Jackson, Marilyn Jackson Taylor and Brenda Lee Jackson, mother, Geneva Mae Bolden Jackson, father, Robert Preston Jackson, grandmothers Frances Baber and Edna Bolden and grandfather, William Bolden.

Rose is survived by her five loving children, Brian Jackson of Mayslick, Terrance (Alicia) Jackson of Flemingsburg, Johnny "Junior" (Savanah) Marshall of Flemingsburg, Presley Marshall of Flemingsburg and Amber Jones of Maysville;  eight grandchildren by blood, Marcel Jackson, Preston Dugan, Chelsea Dugan, Alondra Jackson, Krishani Jackson, Ameerah Jackson, Taylor Marshall and Hunter Marshall;  two grandchildren by love, Shay'la Conley and Brendan Jackson, three step-grandchildren, Caleb Wright, Dillon Wright and Cheyanne Wright and two great-grandchildren by love, Aubree Catching, and Emerie Catching.

Rose is also survived by the following brothers and sisters; Patsy Taylor, Wanda (Rev. Randy) Taylor, Edna (Terry) McKee all of Flemingsburg, Bonnie (Genie) Boulden, Linda Myrick, Charlie (Birgit) Jackson, Annette Lynn Jackson, Anthony (Julie) Jackson, and Rodney Jackson all of Mason County, John (Michelle) Jackson of Shelbyville, Kentucky, Terry (Roberta) Jackson of London, Kentucky, Dorothy (Charles) Jackson, William (Ramona) Jackson,  of Indiana, Bobbi (Charlie) Maxwell of North Carolina, Phoebe Jackson and Michael (Amayllsis) of Tennessee as well as a host of devoted nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Second Baptist Church, Mayslick, Kentucky at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 17, 2017.  A visitation will be held at the church on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 6:00-8:00pm.  Burial will follow the services at the Mayslick Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rose Marshall Memorial account at any Community Trust Bank location.
