Rozella Lucille Whaley, 62, of Brooksville passed away at her home on Thursday, April 29, 2021.  She was born in Flemingsburg on March 1, 1959 daughter of the late Thomas & Nancy Crawford TeeGarden.  She was a Homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Thoroughman of Maysville and Pamela Hicks of Brooksville; five grandchildren Anna Roberts, Kaytlin Henson, Matthew Hicks, Daniel Hicks and Elizabeth Bozwell; a brother Larry TeeGarden.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Elizabeth TeeGarden.
