RUBY E. SMITH, 96, of Maysville passed away Tuesday, May 14th, at the Robertson County Health Care Facility.  She was born September 8, 1916 in Mason County to the late Harvey and Nellie Bare Stevens.
Mrs. Smith was a Homemaker, a member of the Central United Methodist Church, and a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Her dedication to her faith was made evident through her devout service to the church and missionary work.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev.  Welburn Smith whose death occurred on August 25, 2001, a son, Jerry Smith, Four Sisters, and one brother.

Ruby is survived by her sons; Nolan Smith, of Mt. Olivet, Tom (Alice) Smith, of Troy, Michigan, Larry ( Christine) Smith, of Bailey, Colorado & Dennis (Robin) Smith of, Bourbon, Indiana, 14 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren and 3 great- greatgrandchildren.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:30 AM on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Central United Methodist Church in Maysville (912 E. Second Street) with Rev. David Oliver officiating.  Visitation will be from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the church. Expressions of Sympathy are suggested to the Central United Methodist Church, and/or your local Christian Missionary Alliance.
