MAYSVILLE  Sandra Kaye Mullins, 66, of Maysville passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 in Georgetown, Kentucky.  Sandy was born on January 14, 1952 in Seco, Kentucky to the late Elmer Adams & Evelyn Frazier Stamper.

Sandy was a retired school teacher & counselor.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mullins, her daughter, L'Erin Mullins, one brother and one sister.

She is survived by her son, Josh (Dana) Mullins of Georgetown, KY, her daughter, Becky (Jeff) King of Lexington, KY, two grandsons, Ethan King & Dalton Mullins, her step-father, Herbert (Frances) Stamper of Lexington, her sisters, Renee (Teresa Sexton) Stamper and Shannon (William) Caudill both of Whitesburg, KY, two nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 pm on Friday, September 21 at the St. Patrick Church (110 E. Third Street, Maysville, KY) with the Rev. Jacob Straub & Rev. Paul Berscheid as celebrants.
