MAYSVILLE  Sarah Phillips Morgan, 79, a resident of the Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility died there on Tuesday, December 13, 2011.  She was the widow of Everett "Shorty" Morgan.
Mrs. Morgan was born in Mason County on May 19, 1932 daughter of the late Charles & Nora Elizabeth Shields Phillips.
Survivors include a sister Ruby French of Robertson County and a brother Jerry Phillips of  Fernleaf.  She was preceded in death by a brother Charles "Buster" Phillips and a sister Geraldine Linville.
