Thomas Alexander Hamilton, 80, of Mt. Olivet passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at his home. Tommy was born in Maysville, Kentucky on February 20, 1946, to the late Alexander Hamilton and Ruby Pitts.

Tommy was a self-employed tree trimmer for over sixty years. He was a devoted member at Revie Pentecostal Church where he served the Lord. Tommy was a humble, Godly man who loved his family and friends more than anything. He was a faithful and devoted husband, Dad, and Papaw who will be missed beyond measure.

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Ruby Hamilton; his loving wife, Judith Parker Hamilton; brother, Mark Hamilton, and his two sisters, Nyoka Staggs and Darla Jean Collier.

Those left here to carry on his loving legacy are his adored daughters, Kim (Pete) Alley, Michelle (Danny) Singletary, Sherry Bolar, Kelly (Jimmy) Mitchell, Robin Downing, Jennifer (Jeff) Purcell, Melissa (Jason) Amyx; grandchildren, Corey (Christal) Alley, Kimberly (Caleb) Wynne, Clinton (Chrystal) Singletary, Eric Singletary, Leannah (Zack) Herndon, Kyle (Aerial) Hamilton, Logan Bolar, Ryan Bolar; 28 great grandchildren; his siblings, Thelma, Doris, Stoney, Nola, Eleck, Timmy, Dusty, Tina, Missy, Anthony, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Revive Pentecostal Church 9633 Mason-Lewis Rd, Maysville, KY with Pastor Caleb Paul officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Tommy’s name to the family to help offset medical and funeral expenses.
