MAYS LICK  Troy Dryden Doyle, 49, of May's Lick passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 20, 2013 while working at the Dale Stitt farm  of an apparent heart attack.
Troy was born in West Palm Beach, FL on February 5, 1964 to Johnny D. Doyle of May's Lick and the late Kathy McFarland Doyle.  He was a lifelong resident of May's Lick and a member of the May's Lick Baptist Church.
In addition to his beloved mother, Troy was preceded in death by his precious grandmother Edna Dryden Doyle; grandfather Leon McFarland; and step grandfather James Nicholas.  Survivors other than his father is one sister Christal (Greg) Barbour of Maysville. two nephews, Jonathan (Bethany) Stafford of Lynchburg, VA and Joshua Stafford of Maysville; two nieces, Katie Stafford and Haley Beth Barbour of Maysville; maternal grandmother, Margaret Nicholas of Jupiter, FL and paternal grandfather Elmer Doyle of May's Lick.  Several wonderful aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Friday, May 24, 2013 at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick with Rev. Matthew Reynolds officiating.  Burial will follow in the May's Lick Cemetery.  Visitation 5-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.  Condolences to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
