MAYS LICK Vickie Moran Lukins, 45, of Saltwell-Headquarters Rd. Carlisle passed away unexpectedly  Sunday, October 30, 2011 at her home.  She was a Quality Control Leader at Monessen Hearth Systems in Paris.
Vickie was born in Mason County on December 14, 1965 daughter of the late Bonnie L. Moran who died on Setember 18, 2011 and Donald E. "Duggie" Adamson of Maysville.  She loved the outdoors and loved to fish.
Survivors other than her father is her husband of 13 years, Donald "Fester" Lukins.  A stepson Zachary Lukins of Carlisle and a step-grandson Kellen Lee Lukins.  A brother Donald J. Adamson of Maysville and a sister Teresa Whisman of May's Lick.  3 aunts, Pat Poe Hampton of Orangeburg, Peggy (Louis) Mitchell of May's Lick, Linda (Kenneth) McDonald of Carlisle; an uncle, Eddie (Denie) Moran of Tollesboro.  2 special friends, Debbie Tolle Ormes and Betty McIntosh.
Services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Palmer Funeral Home in May's Lick with Rev. Danny Howard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shannon Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be James Lukins, Jr., Kenny and Kevin Patterson, Richard Rankin, Kevin Taulbee and L.C. Lusby.  Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Patterson and Kenneth "Banty" McDonald.  Visitation 5-8 P.M. Wednesday, Nov. 2 at the funeral home.  Condolences to www.palmerfuneralhome.net
