Virginia Scott, 83 of May's Lick passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe.  Virginia was born on January 1, 1931 to the late Mary E. Foley and Charles W. Ramsey.   She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker, whom everyone affectionately referred to as "mom".

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny C. Scott, and grandson, Brannon S. Winn.

"Mom" leaves to cherish her memory, her children; Charles (Terri) Scott, Deborah L. Scott, John R. Scott, William G. Scott, Cliftina (Danny) March, Clifton ( Simone) Scott, Christopher F. Scott and Linda Littrell, 11 grandchildren; Banning, David, Ares, James, Stephen, Tamara, Angela, Michelle, Gregory, Allie & Sean, 15 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Mary (Anthony) French, Henrietta (Beryl) Williams, a brother, William (Norma) Ramsey and a host of Friends, In-Laws, nieces and nephews.
