Wilbur B. "Bill" Winter, 92, of May's Lick passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at his residence.  Mr. Winter was born on Old Sardis Pike on November 28, 1929 son of the late Rev. Benjamin & Mamie Dodson Winter.  He was a retired Geologist, a graduate of Indiana University, and a U.S. Navy Veteran. His interests were fine art, architecture, and Arabian horses. Bill was a member of Forman's Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Trina Winter; two sons, Armand Winter, James (Sarah) Winter; five daughters, Kate (Thomas) Fess, Angela, Andrea, Adrienne & Amy; and several grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Joe Winter & Doyle Winter,; a sister Patricia Stout.

Memorial service will be at 3 P.M. Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Sardis United Methodist Church with Dr. Mike Rice officiating.  Memorials suggested to Forman's Chapel UMC, 5037 Alhambra Rd. May's Lick, KY  41055. Condolences may be sent to palmerfuneralhome.net
