MAYSVILLE   William Cochran "Billy" Adair, Jr. 63, of Maysville passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.  He served as President of the January & Wood Co. and was a former Mayor of the City of Washington, KY   and was a licensed massage therapist and an emergency medical technician.
He was born in Maysville on June 11, 1948 son of the late William Cochran Adair Sr. and Willie Jean Evans Adair.  Billy was a member of the Maysville Church of the Nazarene and the Maysville Players, DeKalb Lodge and  the  Maysville -Mason County Jaycees.
Survivors include his wife Dottie Combs Adair.  2 daughters, Michelle (Darrell) Kalb,  Belinda (Dewayne) Elliott and a son T.C. Rice all of Maysville.  A brother Kip (Stephanie) Adair and a sister Belinda (Pat) Breslin both of Maysville.  4 grandchildren, Noah Kalb, Brandon Adair, Brad Elliott and Andrew Elliott.  A niece Evan Bothman and 2 nephews Kevin and Michael Adair.
Memorial services will be conducted at 4 P.M. Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Maysville Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Lonnie Blosser officiating.  Visitation at the church will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church.  Memorial suggested to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Dr. Maysville, KY 41056 or Maysville Church of the Nazarene, 156 W.
