William James "Bill" Noy, 78, of the Slip-Up community, May's Lick passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH.  He was born in Connecticut on February 13, 1943 son of the late Elmer D. & Mary Main Noy.  He was a retired telephone lineman and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include his wife Rhonda Cropper Noy.  Two sons. Nathan (Melissa) Noy and Daniel Noy; three daughters, Debbie Noy, Naomi Noy and Samantha Noy; two stepchildren, Dalton Hargett and Amber Shields; Fifteen grandchildren and a brother David Noy also survive.   He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Judy Noy; a brother Butch Noy; and a niece and a nephew.
